Slack SSO

It’s easy to get your ProdPad account hooked up with Slack SSO, whether you already have an existing account that you want to use Slack SSO with, or whether you’re just getting started with a new account. 

Add Slack SSO to your account

Create Slack SSO (existing customers)

You can also add Slack SSO to your ProdPad account and authenticating from within the Security page in your account settings

1. Go to Account Settings (in the avatar menu)
2. Select Security and then SSO
3. Using the Add auth type button select Slack
4. You will be redirected to Slack to connect your account
5. When Slack asks you to, click Authorize
   
   

   

6. When you next need to log in to ProdPad just visit the login page, enter your email address and you will see the option to Login with Slack.

Sign up with Slack (new customers)

To set up Slack SSO to your account, you can do it from one of two ways:

Registera new accountusing 'Sign up with Slack' on the sign up page.

1. Click on Sign up with Slack on the ProdPad signup page.
2. You will be redirected to Slack to connect your account
3. When Slack asks you to click Authorize
   
   

   

4. You will be redirected to the ProdPad dashboard, you are now ready to get started with your new ProdPad trial.
5. When you next need to log in to ProdPad just visit the login page, enter your email address and you will see the option to Login with Slack

Signing up with Slack will also create a Slack App integration, if this is not needed you can deleted this in your integrations page. Deleting the integration will not affect your Slack SSO.
