  • Plan: All
• Roles and Permissions
  • Add/Delete: Admin, Editor
  • Edit: Editor, Reviewer (only if feedback creator)
  • View only: Reviewer 

Feedback attributes provide more information about the piece of feedback that was submitted. These attributes can be used to filter out feedback in the feedback list to help focus your search.

All feedback have the following attributes:

• Contact & Company
  This is the contact name and the company the contact is associated with (if any).  Clicking on it will send you to the contact's profile for further information.
• Send Email
  Navigate directly to your email provider to contact the customer. If your chosen email provider is Google Chrome, you can follow this useful guide in order to enable Mailto to open in Gmail.
• Email
  This is the email of the contact. 
• Job role
  This is the job role of the contact (if any). This can be added directly via the contacts profile page. 
• Linked Ideas
  Any Ideas that are linked to the piece of Feedback. 
• Products
  The product (or products) the piece of feedback relates to.
• Tags
  Tags to help highlight the feedback theme.
• Personas
  Persona the feedback relates to.
• Channel 
  The channel the feedback was submitted through.
• Added by
  Who added the feedback. If done via the API or portal, it will reflect the owner. This cannot be changed.
• Date created
  When the feedback was entered into ProdPad.
• Last updated
  When the piece of feedback was last updated.
